Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy each time you shop with Koast. However, if however you are unhappy with the goods received, we will be happy to refund them. All Returns must be sent back at the customer’s expense in new re-saleable condition, with relevant tags attached or for shoes, not worn outside. A Refund will not be issued unless goods are returned in this way unless the item is faulty. Items must be returned within 14 working days, along with the original receipt.
Any items returned after 14 days will have a credit note raised, rather than a full refund, unless the item is faulty or you have informed us that there will be a longer delay for circumstances beyond your control, such as being away on holiday etc
We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class recorded delivery when returning any item to us. Refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or a manufacturing fault is subsequently found within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Please note that we will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty products. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items we deem damaged as a result of fair wear and tear, will not be accepted as faulty. We reserve the right to charge you the cost of the returns delivery when an unwanted product is returned.
