Pre-orders – At the start of each season, we promote new collections for you to pre-order. To secure your items, we require a pre-order deposit of 20% and you can choose to pay the remaining balance in full or spread over a 8-10 week payment plan.
We accept pre-orders over the phone or by email. You can contact us by email or telephone and pay a pre-order deposit over the phone or through Paypal and we will reserve your items for you and contact you just as soon as they arrive into stock.
You can also pre-order online. Pre-order items are clearly marked in blue and there is a separate pre-order collection at the top of the page which contains all the available pre-order items. (Please note that you can not mix pre-order items and non pre-order items in your basket at the same time, pre-orders must be ordered separately).
When an item is available to pre-order, you may purchase it with just a 20% deposit. This is all done automatically for you in your basket.
Your order will be reserved for you until we take delivery. Once the items are received in store, we will contact you to take a balance payment unless you have taken the pre-order on a payment plan. The balance payment must be made within 5 days of being contacted.
